We specialize in custom templates making.
We use 3/16″ acrylic plastic for templates and the latest technology in cnc template maker. All of our templates are axial constant with 20mm sides and 60mm from the bottom. We can change our axial to meet your specifications.
- Step 1 – We make a computer aided drawing (cad) of your profile from:
- Wood sample or drawing sent by mail
- A hand drawing or tracing or wood sample with dimensions faxed
- A scanned or traced drawing with dimensions sent by email
- A cad drawing or pdf drawing (formats that we can work with dxf, dwg, tcw, jpeg, bmp, etc)
- Step 2 – Fax, email, or mail drawing back for your signed approval
- Step 3 – Once we recieve a signed approval, we will cut the template and ship it out
