With our professional knife grinding team and the latest technology, we can grind new knives to match your existing profile or your custom designed profile. If you have existing knives, we can sharpen those too.
We use 5/16″ corrigated back high speed steel, inlay carbide, and double back carbide. Our knives are ground axial constant with 20mm sides. This system is used on most Weinig moulders. If this is not the axial system you use, we can change it to meet your specifications.
We use an electronic measuring stand to ensure your knives are ground e xactly the same. With this stand, our team can set the knives in a head that you provide and accurately align the knives.
